Terms and conditions
Voucher duration
Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Expiry date is printed on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
Email vouchers
Email vouchers are provided with no additional charge and will be sent to the email address provided at time of purchase.
Postal vouchers
An additional charge of £1 will be added to the cost of the voucher and will be charged at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of a postal voucher.
Voucher redemption
Tables must be booked in advance. Vouchers must be presented on the day - either the printed or electronic version can be used. Vouchers can be used for part or full payment of a booking. If the cost of the booking exceeds the amount of the voucher, the balance must be paid in full on the day. No credit will be given if the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the booking.
Use of multiple vouchers
Multiple vouchers can be used at a booking. No credit will be given if the total value of the vouchers exceeds the total cost of the booking.
Refunds
Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14-day cancellation period from date of purchase, as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. No credit will be given if the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the booking.
Availability
We cannot guarantee that there will be availability around the date of expiry, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Transfer
Vouchers are fully transferable.
Lost or stolen vouchers
Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded. However, if you can provide suitable details about the voucher, we will do our best to try and track it down, but offer no guarantee.
Cancellation
You can cancel or amend any bookings at any time. If a deposit has been paid, we require 4-days notice of any changes, or your deposit will be at risk.
Deposits
Deposits are required for a Saturday or for a group booking of 5 or more people. If you have a voucher the deposit is still required but this will be refunded on the day.
